Natural analgesia: Dietary methods for pain amelioation are discussed by dr. Forest tennant an editor of the medical journal practical pain management, which is on-line and indexed. Medicinal cannabis is beneficial, but use only in state where legal and under doctor supervision. Tea of hops, topical cannabis (olive oil eluted), essential oil of lavender, and devils claw herb root reported helpful.
