Learn relaxation : Techniques. There are many types that can help from yoga, meditation, hypnosis and simple guided imagery that you can practice on a regular basis to reduce anxiety. Exercising daily also helps. In addition, speaking with a therapist weekly can help you learn to understand what situations make you anxious and learn new ways to handle them.
