Some options: 1. Deep breathing. Inhale through the nose. Fill lungs (but not to point of discomfort). Hold for a five count. Slowly exhale through an open mouth. Repeat x 12. Moving your arms in a large circular motion can increase the size of the breath. 2. Progressive muslce relaxation. 3. Tai chi. 4. Yoga 5. Meditation.
