Can't tell: Without an exam. Could be allergies. Could be asthma. Could be bronchitis or pneumonia. Could be a cold. Could be the flu.There are lots of conditions that can cause that feeling and your best recourse is a physical exam. Make an appointment with your doc. Breathing is fundamental.
