If there was any wheeze, you may have experienced transient episodes of tracheal irritation or mild bronchospasm from a trigger like a change in temperature or atmospheric pressure. If the was no wheeze or cough, the sensation may have been a mild irritability of a rib cage muscle or superficial nerve. Since your symptoms were so fleeting they most likely weren't serious.

Chest tightness is common and often associated with wheezing. If this recurs, please discuss whether these symptoms may be related to asthma. Other causes include musculo skeletal strain and cardiac conditions. Please follow up, and in your age group, usually these findings tend to be less serious, if you are otherwise well.
