There are ways: For most (not all) people, the more aerobically fit you are, the better job your brain does of telling you what you really do and do not need to be eating. If you are morbidly obese, please consider bariatric surgery if offered -- this also seems to work on the mind, and also normalizes the glucose intolerance of obesity for reasons we don't understand.
