To lose adipose, you must eat fewer calories than you burn. -- TO DO: eat no saturated fats, eat no bread, sugar, refined carbs, pizza, muffins, pasta. Eat whole fruit and whole veggies and whole grains, mostly; eat no fried food; exercise twice a day; eat no snack after 8 pm - unless simple egg white or simple poultry piece
