People can crave: Sugar, especially processed sugar/foods can be addictive. You have to slowly wean your self off processed sugar, stop buying sweets and keeping them in the house and when you get the urge for something sweet, try eating a piece of fruit first to see if it will satisfy you. Also cut down on portions, one cookie or may satisfy as well as 5-10.
