Psychotherapy: Find a reputable psychotherapist to talk about the impact you feel year after being bullied. Feelings of impotence, rage, and shame will most likely come to the surface in a non-judgmental and safe environment. Talk to someone. Keeping it inside only aggravates the emotional problems you describe.
