Find things you love: Being negative and down is often a habit that we develop when things are not going well. Like all habits it can be changed. You have to work at it and when you find yourself being negative just stop and find something to be positive about. If you feel you are depressed then see a doctor or therapist. If not be kind to yourself and start looking for things to be grateful for. They are all around.
