Are there any therapy exercises for trauma and bpd?

Dbt: Stands for "dialectical behavior therapy" which has many different exercises for trauma and borderline personality disorder. The therapy has individual and group therapy parts and its about building skills to help with the symptoms. Check out dbt in your area.

Consult therapist: Hi, DBT is very helpful in the early stages of treatment for an individual with both trauma and BPD. The initial focus would be on building emotional and physical safety and coping skills. There is no processing in DBT, however, so the subsequent focus would be on trauma processing through CPT, somatic work, or EMDR. Exercises are incorporated to integrate skills, and increase insight/stability.
