I'm 99% sure i have quiet bpd but its not widely known, and ii'm scared of people not believing me. i want therapy but clam up and sometimes even disassociate when confronted. how should i let someone know in a way they will believe me.

See below: BPD is usually not diagnosed in people under 18, but a small number are diagnosed earlier - I would talk with my parents, and have them help you find a psychiatrist who is an experinced with BPD patients - If the psych MD agrees with your diagnosis - then you can get early treatment- the good news - many of the symptoms resolve as the person grows older
