How can mammograms be given to males?

Similar to females: It is the same procedure which takes images of the male/female breast. Men also have a breast, but it is much smaller unless it is affected by a tumor in which case a mammogram is done to make a diagnosis.

The exact same: technique as with females. A mammogram can be performed on virtually anyone with even minimal tissue in the breast regions.
