Definitely possible: Mindfulness meditation is aimed at developing skills of concentration and awareness of the intruding thoughts that always occur. These should be quite helpful for moderating the attention challenges of add. Learning meditation might be a bit harder, so you might want to be patient and let your teacher know what problems you encounter. I'm optimistic that you'll find it useful.

It can , with work: Meditation is a great approach to work with ADD because it helps you learn to return to the present rather than being distracted by thought and what is happening around you. However, meditation is not a quick fix and requires consistent and dedicated practice. The important part is to keep at it, even if you feel frustrated. It can be combined with other treatment types .
