Lower abdomen: Clarify your pain -ovarian cysts are in the lower abdomen area-below umbilicus(.Belly button).Depends on where you are in the cycle, how long, how severe ....You need to see a doctor to evaluate the cysts. Depend on the size some cysts can be follow up , some needs to be removed to avoid rupture.
