Experiencing right side flank pain for 3-4 weeks. did blood and urine tests, all clear. did an abdominal ct without contrast, also clear. no other symptoms except the dull constant flank pain and a right ovarian cyst 1.5mm(2 months ago). thoughts?

your ovarian cyst is too small to cause your pain in the right flank. Your tests especially the CT scan of your abdomen is reassuring so you can try to ignore this pain which will likely go away as you have peace of mind now and should believe that there is nothing serious going on inside you abdomen. If the pain bothers you, take a pain pill like Paracetamol(Tylenol) once or twice during the day

I have a dull pain in my lower right abdomen. Its not sharp but its really annoying. Ive been to urgent care and appendicitis was ruled out by a urine test. The doctor thought it may be a ovarian cyst. Also ibs symptoms, it feels better walking.
