Hi, i am having symptoms of discomfort on the right side hip, and thigh, pain in my abdomen and the pain and swelling is starting to go up on the right side - i am short so i can see it all being affected. could this be a ovarian cyst or hernia?

It could be those things and more, many of which require urgent evaluation and treatment. You should be evaluated as soon as possible by your PCP, GYN, Urgent Care, or hospital Emergency Department.
