Can anybody tell me why a hysterectomy is a hard surgery for a woman to recover from. i've had many surgeries but this one is the worse one ever.

What type?: There are minimally invasive hysterectomies and traditional abdominal hysterectomies. I'm thinking that you likely had an abdominal hyst where they made an incision like a cesarean section? If so, as we age, surgery becomes harder to heal from, we don't bounce back as easily.
