56 yo woman. always normal ast, alt & asp. surgery 5 months ago for hysterectomy. thyroid cancer 8 yrs ago, tsh recently 0.11. now alt 138 37-153. ast 20 10-35 alt 31 6-29 from 2 weeks ago. why the elevation? don't drink?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, these values are not of any immediate concern. Wish you good health!
