See a TMJ/TMD Dr.: The mandible if it moves to the left when opening is either undergoing deflection (moves to your left and stays there, ) or deviation (moves to left then back to center or moves back and forth and not smooth.) this may or not be tmj/tmd. Consider seeing a specialist.
