Unknown: There is no diet or foods know to be associated with myopia. It is genetic or induced my trauma, surgery, etc.

Myopia: Is genetically determined. Although there may be some other factors that could influence your need for glasses, there is no diet that can reduce or reverse your nearsightedness.
