Without a deficiency: There may be little benefit if you are not deficient. B6 has a toxicity state. Its one of the few water soluable vitamins that does. B12 deficiency often requires replacement bypass the GI tract (sublingual and intramuscular) as the problem generally is not an intake deficiency but rather a loss of ability to absorb it. Thiamine is rarely deficient: one has to be really malnourished.
