Will not affect cyst: Chiropractic spinal manipulation for lower back pain should not affect the s2 (racepinephrine) cyst.

No it will not : Affect the cyst, which is most likely a tarlov cysts, also known as perineurial cysts, which is an incidental finding on your mri, and not likely causing you any symptoms. Therapy does not affect the cyst.
