Diagnosed with slipped disk: both low back & sidehip pain. Even paralyzed once for a month. Told not to bother with MRI unless want surgery. If I dont stretch or exert too much, I experience new pain: Sneezing hurts base of spine. Would MRI benefit?

MRI for back/leg pain shows 2 herniated lumbar discs-begun also having R-arm weakness, trigger thumb, lock jaw, muscle twitching/spasms multiple areas-tingling in face, limbs, upper back-zap down spine/rib pain from sneeze/yawn- need further tests?
