I have tendonitis in my right wrist, and now it feels like my left hand wants to join my right in agony and pain. how do i elevate my wrist? and why?

Tendinitis : The best treatment would be to rest the wrist( if that's what you mean by elevate). Applying a resting splint that helps keep the wrist in a neutral position would work best to decrease irritation to those tendons and other soft tissues.

See details: Elevating the wrists will not be the answers. Treating the underlying inflammation will help. Considering an opinion with an orthopedist or rheumatologist.
