Without an exam: It's not possible to diagnose the problem. You could have a nerve issue, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis or other overuse injury. Perhaps inflammation due to recent illness, or even autoimmune arthritis (which is rare in your age group but not unheard of). The best thing to do is see your family doctor, pediatrician or sports medicine and get diagnosis, so you can figure out treatment.
