I have sharp pains in my left wrist that comes and goes quicky, also pain in the center of my wrist when bending backwards. could this be tendonitis?

Pain: It could be some form of inflammation I would try and anti-inflammatory like Aleeve or Advil (ibuprofen) and see if that helps
