Labs differ: Often times different labs have different results. Due to the way the test is done there is an element of subjectivity to the interpretation of the results that could change the titles of ana. There are many diseases associated with positive anas. Other tests include tests for other serological like sjögren's antibodies and an ena.

See details: It depends on the clinical data and presentation. Other autoantibodies i routinely check are ena, ssa and ssb. Other test i often order besides routine labs and urinalysis include c3, c4, lupus anticoagulants and anticardiolipin antibodies.
