Why were tests done?: The positive tests are likely unrelated to any heel pain. Why were they done in the first place when you have no other problems?

Heel pain: The heel pain is probably plantar fascitis and needs to be treated with supportive shoes that have a good arch support. It will take weeks or months to resolve, but you have to be consistently wearing comfortable shoes. What prompted the antibody testing? Without symptoms, they mean nothing, they need to be monitored over time.
