A member asked:

Doc changed my bystolic (nebivolol) to vasotec, now have roaring in ears. appt w/ doc in 3 wks, what to do in meantime? beta blockers have always worked better.

Vasotec (enalapril) problmes: You should call your physician (p) to discuss your problem. Your p had a reason to change your medication and if you have problems with vasotec (enalapril) (v) to let the p know. You are a diabetic and v is able to reduce both blood pressure and protein in the urine, perhaps that is why you were changed to v.
