blood when blowing nose and spitting up little blood and pink in morning could that be from post nasal drip from nose?

Very likely: Cause of the blood. If nose bleeds are significant have them evaluated. The most common area for bleeds are the anterior septum. Try gently rubbing a little otc antibiotic ointment on the septum every morning with a q-tip. Sometimes resolves the problem.
