Saw a little streak of blood in my spit this morning, should i be concerned, it wasn't coughed up, it was sucked from nose and spit out. is it cancer?

Not cancer.: Not to worry. An isolated streak of blood likely coming from the nose is normal. If it keeps occurring, which is doubtful, then have it checked out.
