Blood isn't normal: Blood in your mouth isn't normal. Certainly a little bit of bleeding occurs with flossing, not usually much with brushing teeth. If you're noticing blood in mouth or throat and don't know where it came from, a good exam by an ENT would be best. Mostly to rule out cancer.
