Inflammation of the sinuses leading to blood in the mucus could be due to an infection, an allergy or to an irritant, such as pollution or smoke. A humidifier, nasal irrigation & keeping well hydrated should help. I also suggest you get an exam from a primary care physician for further evaluation & treatment. I wish you well with your health!
