When does a doctor prescribe 150 mg luvox (fluvoxamine) and when 100 mg ? how does he decide which dose ? what does he refer to ?

But, in both groups - it is best to start low and add until effective (up to a limit). It should be divided equally am ; pm or the higher dose at night.
