Help is available: The usual place for spider veins is the legs. However, they can occur on the face. They can be removed either by laser, electric pencil or injections of a medication through a very small needle directly into the vein. All of these methods work but the least painful are the injections. Be sure it is done by a phlebologist (vein specialist) certified by the abvlm.

Laser: Spider veins on the cheeks are usually treated with a laser like a 1064. Your dermatologist or a phlebologist (vein specialist) can help.

Use thermal device: There are several different options for treatment of facial spider veins that are very effective. I have found that both laser and Ohmic thermolysis (ie. Veinwave & VeinGogh) are effective therapies. Often only one treatment is needed, but sometimes 2. Seek out a vein specialist or dermatologist with experience with these devices & you should get good results with minimal risk.

Multiple options: I don't think that there is a single "best" way but there are mutiple options including sclerotherapy, ipl, laser, veinwave, veingogh and micro needle radio frequency. The size of the veins and the training and experience of the treating physician usually influence what treatment is recommended. You should see a vein specialist.
