Not sure: Wow, you've had a lifetime worth of tests already. It's great they were all normal; that rules out a lot of bad stuff. If the strong antacid isn't helping, then that implies to me that the problem is not the stomach or related to acid production. (seems reasonable to stop the med.) i would try treating this with good sleep, a healthy, fiber-rich diet, and regular exercise and see what happens...

Get checked for: H. pylori bacteria and if necessary , antibiotics for same. I would suggest 1 full month of Protonix (pantoprazole) with your current symptoms.
