For 2 weeks I've had heart palpitations lasting 10-14 hours, almost every night, sometimes daytime. Cardiologist ordered a 24 hour Metanephrines urine test. My Normetanephrines are 834 and Metanephrines total is 993. Could Wellbutrin be a cause?
