No worries: The changes described in the lungs are residual changes in the lung tissue from the infection. Down in the pelvis the bladder was empty ( no problem) the irregular shaped ovarian follicle that inhancing will need to be looked.

See below...: The lung findings likely refer to some scarring that can be normally seen in the upper lungs. If the bladder is decompressed, the wall will look thickened (which is usually normal). The ovary finding may be a cyst that is involuting or shrinking - this happens normally during a menstrual cycle. Your doctor can put the whole picture together, but overall these findings are within normal spectra.
