Need more info: Intermittent, elevation of enzymes indicative of liver reaction to a diseases process, like hepatitis, hep b , c or hep d not routinely tested , status of immunoglobulins a g m , platelets etc needed, . Your doctor will do more tests to find the cause for treatment.
