Serial chest ct for lung nodules, one mediastinal node noted 2 yrs ago, recently more nodes are visible. hx of papillary bladder ca. follow up needed?

Bladder cancer: Definitely need follow up. It would be uncommon to have had a papillary bladder ca that spread to the lungs. If there is concern about a new ca I would recommend a PET scan. It could also be related to the lung nodules...etiology? Lymph nodes are seen when there is infection, inflammation, or ca. There are other things like sarcoid that can enlarge nodes.
