Talk to your doctor.: Small ln are actually very common and may be normal. Can't really say with this limited info. Where exactly were the ln? How small are they? Is there a history of some disease or symptoms which could cause ln swelling? Why did we get the cxr to begin with - was there a suspicion of something? Your doctor already knows the answer to these and can tell you if you need further testing or not.
