A member asked:

What does it mean if you have a echogenic left adnexal mass during early pregnancy? is that dangerous to baby hcg is still doubling & have yolk/gest

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably OK: This is a cyst of some sort. There is a type of ovarian cyst that supports the pregnancy at the beginning until the placenta develops, or this could be from your endometriosis. Since you are seeing an early pregnancy in the uterus, the chance of this being a tubal pregnancy is remote.
