Medical abortions do not always ensure that interruption of pregnancy occurs, and a history of bleeding for "two weeks" after a "medical abortion" along with a positive HCG test may indicate either persistence of intrauterine pregnancy, or (importantly) pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic), which needs immediate attention. See your gyn provider for an exam and testing (ultrasound).
