Chest pain: This question should be directed at your mom's cardiologist. The catheterization data will define what is going on in general and what the significance of her chest pains is. The ongoing chest pains need to be reported to her doctor.

Ask her cardiologist: The answer to your question depends upon the result of her cardiac catheterization. If your mother has significant coronary artery disease she may need further evaluation or intervention. If her catheterization showed non-significant disease, then her chest pains may be coming from something other than her heart, which is reassuring. Given the medication she is taking, her cardiologist knows best.
