Nerve impingement : Possible nerve damage or impingement. Difficult to treat. Get 2 nd opinion from different surgeon.

Complex: Groin pain before and after inguinal hernia repair is a complex issue. Sounds like there is no hernia, only pain, thus pain management is an option. Could be related to endometriosis as well, which is sometimes only diagnosed with a diagnostic laparoscopy. Hope this helps!
