Sleep apnea?: Look into the symptoms of sleep apnea (web md is a good source). Do you snore a lot? Stop breathing when you sleep, even for brief periods? Wake up with headaches? Fall asleep at the wheel (or almost) while driving? If any of these you answer yes, or other questions per web md, then you need to be evaluated for sleep apnea. Otherwise, you still need to follow up with your doctor.

Poor sleep quality.: Adequate sleep quantity does not guarantee you adequate sleep quality. Sleep apnea is the prototypical example of a sleep quality issue but others do exist. These can make you tired during the day.
