Many possibilities: First i would consider your sleep habits; poor nighttime sleep is #1 cause of daytime sleepiness. Adequate sleep is essential. Related, sleep apnea could be playing a role, especially if you snore. Being overweight is a risk factor but thin people can have it as well. Finally, pcos is related to type 2 diabetes; you should be screened, though this level of sleepiness would be rare. See your doc.

How well do u sleep : Are u able to sleep at night? Do u feel rested in the morning? Do u snore? These need to be discussed with your md and possibly get a sleep study. This is serious. Don't ignore it.

Reactive hypoglycemi: Reactive hypoglycemia is not uncommon in young women. It could occur as well in the setting of pcos. It happens when the body over responds to sugar in the system. Insulin drives blood sugar down and the response is extreme fatigue. It responds to eating again but this is the wrong thing to do. You should have frequent, small, low carbohydrate, high protein meals. Get an oral glucose tol. Test.
