A member asked:

Can you tell me what is the normal amount of candy to eat a day?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No set figure: Candy is mostly nutrient free source of sugar and fats. Most nutritionists feel that avoidance of this is probably a good thing. There is no "normal" amount. The caloric content should be added to your normal caloric needs per day to establish a level of candy intake if that is how you are regulating this.
