Shouldn't : Weight gain occurs if calorie intake is more than we need . Average female who is sedantary needs 2200 calories so you shouldn't gain weight by sticking to 2000 calories. . You can exercise regularly if not doing already and that would you luxury to eat what you like .

Should be OK but...: 2000 calories should prevent gaining weight but you need to be below 2000 to lose- see http://tinyurl.com/zwe9hgp If you eat sweets it's far better to do after a balanced meal instead of on an empty stomach.Avoid artificial sweeteners but consider stevia, xylitol, erythritol and other natural sweeteners, also use fruit to satisfy sweet tooth.
